1. Restart the Am I Crazy? website/blog/manifesto. (Done)
2. Update my resume and find a new job before my current one drives me crazy++;.
3. Pay down 10% ($17,203.23) of the remaining balance on my mortgage (currently 8 months in on a 30-year (with 20% down payment), by the end of the year.

Predictions

1. The 49er’s win the Super Bowl.
2. No Higgs this year. Better luck next year.
3. The Congress can’t pass crap sending the Dow down more than 300 points on at least 3 occasions.
